Guided tours are only available upon prior reservation by phone at 02.98.98.83.99 or by email at musee.alexislegall@loctudy.fr

A booking form is sent to each group leader. The visit slot is only considered officially booked when the form is returned to the museum staff duly completed and signed.

Deadlines and formalities

Reservations for a guided tour slot must be made as soon as possible. In order to ensure proper management of the services, the form for validating the reservation of a guided tour slot must be returned to the museum staff at least two weeks before the date of the visit.

Management  of time

The standard guided tour lasts 45 minutes. However, our team of guides is flexible and can adapt its tour format to the time constraints of groups if sufficient notice is given. Whatever your time constraints, please allow a good half hour in addition to the guided tour time. This time allowance includes the time it takes for the group to arrive at the museum, to check in at the reception desk, to use the toilets for different members of the group and to stop at the shop at the end of the guided tour.

Management flows

As the rooms of the Le Gall family's seaside villa, adjacent to the factory, are relatively small, we strongly recommend that groups do not exceed fifteen participants per visit. Groups of more than 30 people will be split into two sub-groups at the museum reception desk so that the guided tour can take place under good conditions for all. In this case, it is imperative to contact our team to let us know, as this format mobilises two mediators for the same guided tour slot. The two sub-groups will have to cross paths between the rooms during the visit.
