We were alone at the beginning of the afternoon to walk around this magical place full of stories... stories in the plural! We discovered the lives of these "little hands" immersed in the entrails, the brine, the oils... ..... We took all our time... nothing escaped us and we came out of there a little dazed (and moved...) A big thank you to all those who worked so hard to bring this treasure back to life in all its authenticity.
